Essential Responsibilities Include

  • Prototype and test developed solutions with applications and engineering teams
  • Analyze existing data warehouse and create new data-driven solutions targeted by Spectro Scientific
  • Understand Spectro Scientific rules engines and support continued development using data science validation skills


Qualifications & Requirements

  • MS (PhD preferred) in Physics, Data Science, Computer Science or related field
  • Experience with building solutions to stochastic problems and needed tools is essential. 
  • Immersion in a variety of algorithmic approaches and techniques is important – eg. Markov Models, particle filtering, artificial neural networks
  • 0-5+ years of experience
  • Experience in working with real-world applications of data science, preferably with sensors and instrumentation
  • Enthusiastic and can drive projects to success
