Although our standard payment terms establish either the use of a Letter of Credit or wire transfer of funds before shipment of the order, we understand that the current dynamics of the financial markets allow for other proposals to be discussed. One of these is leases. A lease has two general forms. One is a simple leasing transaction that allows the interested party to use our equipment for a fixed amount of time. The other is a transaction intended to allow the user the right to use it and buy the item at some future time established in the conditions of the lease. Spectro Scientific is ready to discuss such possibilities with customer’s that are interested and eligible for such transactions.
